Dendreon (DNDN) Smacked on Positive Data from J&J's (JNJ) Zytiga

Dendreon Corporation (Nasdaq: DNDN) is getting hit in early-morning action on positive prostate cancer results from Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) rival drug Zytiga. The trial was stopped early due to positive efficacy.

Shares of Dendreon are down 10 percent.
