dELiA*s (DLIA) Falls on Stock Offering
dELiA*s, Inc. (NASDAQ: DLIA) is trading off 5.8% after-hours Thursday after the company commenced an underwritten public offering of its common stock pursuant to its existing shelf registration statement. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on or about July 31, 2013. The offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
