Zosano Pharma (ZSAN) Enters $30M At-the-Market Offering with Cantor Fitzgerald and H.C. Wainwright

After the close, Zosano Pharma (NASDAQ: ZSAN) disclosed it entered into a Controlled Equity Offering sales agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., or Cantor, and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, or Wainwright, and together, the sales agents, relating to shares of our common stock offered by this prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus. In accordance with the terms of the sales agreement, the company may offer and sell shares of our common stock having an aggregate offering price of up to $30.0 million from time to time through Cantor and Wainwright, each acting as their agent.
