Zeus North America Mining Corp. (CSE: ZEUS) closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $2.17 million through the issuance of 21.72 million units at $0.10 per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional shares at $0.15 each until March 10, 2028. The company paid $155,660 in finders' fees and issued 1.48 million broker warrants with identical terms to the unit warrants.

All securities are subject to a four-month hold period expiring July 11, 2026. An insider participated in the placement, constituting a related party transaction under Multilateral Instrument 61-101, though the company plans to rely on exemptions from valuation and shareholder approval requirements.

Zeus North America Mining plans to use proceeds for exploration programs on its Idaho and Nevada copper and silver projects, including the Cuddy Mountain Project, and general working capital. The company operates three properties in Idaho: Cuddy Mountain with 101 lode mining claims, Selway with 57 claims, and Great Western with 38 claims, covering approximately 4,200 acres total.

The Cuddy Mountain property is located adjacent to Hercules Metal Corp's Leviathan Copper Porphyry discovery. Zeus North America Mining trades on the CSE under symbol ZEUS, on OTCQB as ZUUZF, and in Frankfurt as O92.
