Yarrow Bioscience closes $172.5M public offering on Nasdaq

Yarrow Bioscience, Inc. (Nasdaq: YARW), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 6,634,615 shares of common stock at $26.00 per share, generating approximately $172.5 million in gross proceeds before deductions for underwriting discounts, commissions, and other fees.



The offering included the full exercise of an underwriters' option to purchase 865,384 additional shares. All securities were offered by Yarrow Bioscience.



According to a press release, the company intends to use net proceeds to fund research and development expenses for its pipeline and for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital and capital expenditures.



Jefferies, TD Cowen, and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers, while LifeSci Capital acted as lead manager for the offering.



The offering was made pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which was declared effective on August 19, 2026.



Yarrow Bioscience is focused on developing therapies for autoimmune thyroid diseases, including a product candidate called YB-101, described by the company as a potential monoclonal antibody targeting Graves' disease and thyroid eye disease.
