YXT.com files $100 million shelf registration with SEC
YXT.com Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YXT) filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company announced.
The registration statement allows the AI-enabled enterprise productivity solutions provider to offer and sell up to $100 million of securities once the filing becomes effective. The securities covered include Class A ordinary shares, American depositary shares, preferred shares, warrants, subscription rights, and units.
The Suzhou, China-based company stated it intends to use net proceeds from any sales under the registration statement as outlined in future prospectus supplements. The company is not required to offer or sell securities under the shelf registration.
The registration statement has been filed but has not yet become effective. Securities may not be sold until the SEC declares the registration effective. Terms of any offerings will be established at the time of such offering and will be subject to market conditions.
YXT.com describes itself as a technology company focusing on enterprise productivity solutions, combining experience in tech-enabled talent learning and development with AI-augmented task copilots. The company reports it has supported Global and China Fortune 500 companies since its inception.
