Ximen Mining launches $350,000 bridge placement for Kenville mine

Ximen Mining Corp. (TSXV: XIM) (FSE: 1XM) (OTC: XXMMF) has announced a non-brokered private placement of up to $350,000 to fund ongoing operations at its Kenville Gold Mine near Nelson, British Columbia, while the company pursues longer-term non-dilutive financing for portal and mine development.

The offering consists of up to 4,375,000 units priced at $0.08 per unit, with each unit comprising one common share and one warrant exercisable at $0.12 for 18 months from issuance. The company expects the placement to close around September 25, 2026, pending TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. No finder's fees will be paid in connection with the offering.

Separately, Ximen said it is in discussions with multiple groups regarding non-dilutive capital structures to fund portal and decline construction at Kenville. The company stated it hopes to finalize an arrangement within approximately 30 days, though no definitive agreement has been reached and no assurance was given that financing would be completed on the terms under discussion.

"Our priority is to build Kenville without giving away the upside our shareholders have waited for," said Christopher R. Anderson, President and CEO. "This small bridge financing keeps our crew working and keeps us on schedule while we work to finalize the larger funding package over the next 30 days."

According to the company, site preparations are advanced, with equipment on site and power connected. Ximen said portal construction is targeted to begin toward the end of October 2026, subject to financing, outstanding engineering deliverables including foundation and mine-road stability reports, flood retention pond works, contractor availability, weather, and other conditions.

Securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period under Canadian securities law. Insiders may participate in the offering on the same terms as other subscribers.
