Vox Royalty Corp. (TSX: VOXR) (NASDAQ: VOXR) announced the pricing of its public offering of common shares at $3.70 per share, according to a company statement. The mining royalty company expects to raise $55 million in gross proceeds from the sale of 14,865,000 shares.
The offering is scheduled to close on or about September 26, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals from the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Capital Markets. BMO Capital Markets, Cantor Fitzgerald Canada Corporation, and National Bank Financial Inc. serve as lead underwriters for the transaction.
Under the underwriting agreement dated September 24, 2025, the underwriters received a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 2,229,750 shares at the same offering price.
Vox stated it intends to use the net proceeds to fund the acquisition of a global gold portfolio consisting of ten gold offtake and royalty assets covering twelve mines and projects across eight jurisdictions. The portfolio includes assets in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Mexico, South Africa, and the United States, which the company announced acquiring from subsidiaries of Deterra Royalties Limited on September 23, 2025.
If the company uses less than the full amount of net proceeds for the portfolio purchase, it plans to reallocate the remaining funds toward acquiring additional royalties over the next 12 to 24 months.
The Denver-based company operates a portfolio of over 60 royalties spanning six jurisdictions and was established in 2014.
