Vogenx raises $81.3M in Nasdaq IPO managed by JonesTrading
Vogenx, Inc. (NASDAQ: VOGX), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on therapeutics for diseases related to human metabolism dysfunction, completed an $81.3 million initial public offering on Aug. 13, 2026, according to a press release from JonesTrading Institutional Services LLC.
The offering consisted of 6,250,000 shares of common stock priced at $13.00 per share, at the high end of the proposed range. All shares were offered by Vogenx. Gross proceeds, before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses, totaled approximately $81.3 million.
JonesTrading served as the sole book-running manager for the transaction. Vogenx's shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on Aug. 12, 2026 under the ticker symbol "VOGX."
Vogenx CEO James Green said the proceeds will support development of therapeutics for diseases associated with human metabolism dysfunction, including post-bariatric hypoglycemia (PBH) and gastroparesis.
