Vera Therapeutics plans $200 million stock offering

Vera Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: VERA) announced plans to commence a public offering of $200 million in Class A common stock shares, subject to market and other conditions.

The late clinical-stage biotechnology company, which develops treatments for immunologic diseases, will offer all shares directly. Vera Therapeutics expects to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold in the public offering.

The company stated there can be no assurance regarding whether or when the proposed offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the final offering.
