Ulta Beauty (Nasdaq: ULTA) an underwritten public offering of 7,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain entities associated with Mousse Partners. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,050,000 shares from one of the selling stockholders. Ulta will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
