US Copper Corp proposes $750,000 private placement offering
US Copper Corp (TSXV: USCU) announced a proposed non-brokered private placement to raise up to $750,000 through the sale of 7.5 million units priced at $0.10 each.
Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase additional common shares at $0.15 within two years of the offering's closing date.
Securities issued through the private placement will be subject to a four-month hold period. The offering requires regulatory approval from the TSX Venture Exchange before completion.
The company stated it intends to use proceeds for general working capital purposes. US Copper Corp also trades on the OTCQB market under ticker USCUF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as C730.
