Twin Vee PowerCats prices public offering at $0.47 per share
Twin Vee PowerCats Co. (NASDAQ: VEEE) announced the pricing of a public offering of 6.383 million shares of common stock at $0.47 per share. The boat manufacturer expects to raise approximately $3 million in gross proceeds before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
The offering is scheduled to close on February 23, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. ThinkEquity is serving as the sole placement agent for the transaction.
The company stated it intends to use net proceeds primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes. Twin Vee manufactures power sport boats under the Twin Vee and Bahama Boat Works brands.
A registration statement on Form S-1 relating to the securities became effective with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 30, 2026, with a post-effective amendment becoming effective on February 13, 2026.
Based in Fort Pierce, Florida, Twin Vee PowerCats has been building and selling boats for 30 years. The company produces a range of vessels designed for fishing, cruising, and recreational use, featuring catamaran hull designs.
