Twin Vee PowerCats announces proposed public stock offering
Twin Vee PowerCats Co. (NASDAQ: VEEE) announced it intends to sell shares of common stock in a best-efforts public offering. The Fort Pierce, Florida-based boat manufacturer said the offering is subject to market conditions and provided no assurance regarding completion, timing, size or terms.
The company plans to use net proceeds primarily for working capital and general corporate purposes, according to the statement.
ThinkEquity is serving as the sole placement agent for the offering. The securities will be offered under a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 27, 2026, and declared effective March 5, 2026.
Twin Vee manufactures boats under the Twin Vee and Bahama Boat Works brands for fishing, cruising and recreational use. The company has operated for 30 years, producing catamaran hull designs.
The offering will be conducted only through a written prospectus. A preliminary prospectus supplement describing the offering terms has been or will be filed with the SEC.
