TrustBix extends private placement deadline to October 22
TrustBIX Inc. (TSXV: TBIX), an Edmonton-based agricultural technology company, has received a further extension from the TSX Venture Exchange to complete a non-brokered private placement, now with a deadline of October 22, 2026.
The private placement, first announced on July 9, 2026, seeks to raise up to $500,000 through the sale of up to 50,000,000 units at $0.01 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant allowing the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.05 for two years from the closing date.
TrustBIX retains the right to accelerate the warrant expiry if the common share closing price reaches or exceeds $0.10 for 20 consecutive trading days. In that case, the expiry date would move to 30 days after the company issues a press release announcing the acceleration.
The company states proceeds will be used for general working capital, including product development, potential acquisitions, inventory procurement, and debt repayment. Securities issued will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period following closing.
The placement remains subject to final TSXV acceptance and all applicable regulatory approvals.
