Ticketplus prices IPO at $8 per share on NYSE American
Ticketplus Ltd., a Latin America-focused live entertainment technology company headquartered in Santiago, Chile, has priced its initial public offering of 1,875,000 ordinary shares at $8.00 per share, according to a press release from the company.
The offering is expected to generate $15 million in gross proceeds before underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses. The company also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 281,250 additional ordinary shares at the IPO price.
The company's ordinary shares are expected to begin trading on NYSE American under the ticker symbol "TP" on August 7, 2026, with the offering expected to close on or about August 10, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Roth Capital Partners, Bancroft Capital LLC, and MDB Capital are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
Founded in 2014, Ticketplus operates a ticketing technology platform across eleven countries in Latin America and the United States. The company runs direct operations in Chile and licenses its platform under a SaaS model to ticketing companies, venues, and promoters in other markets.
A registration statement on Form F-1 was filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and declared effective on August 6, 2026.
