Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA, FRA: UB1, OTCQB: TEBAF) has extended the closing date of its non-brokered private placement to September 8, 2026, according to a press release from the Vancouver-based company.

The offering, initially announced June 24, 2026, seeks gross proceeds of up to C$750,000 through the issuance of up to 15,000,000 units priced at C$0.05 each. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant to purchase an additional common share at C$0.10 for 24 months from the closing date.

The company states it intends to use proceeds to fund a UK stock exchange listing, a ground geophysical survey at its Cumavici target, and a Phase IV drilling program at Cumavici within its Viogor project in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Separately, Terra North Resources Corp., a private spin-off in which Terra Balcanica holds a 46.3% equity stake, has issued 5.6 million shares to Fulcrum Metals (Canada) Ltd. at C$0.10 per share as a second anniversary payment under an existing option agreement. A second amending agreement dated August 6, 2026 was entered into between the parties. Under that agreement, Fulcrum Canada's Terra North shares will be subject to a voluntary 12-month hold period following any going-public transaction by Terra North. The related second anniversary cash payment has been deferred to the earlier of the 13th trading day after a going-public transaction or October 31, 2026.

Terra Balcanica also announced the conclusion of its engagement with DGWA GmbH as a financial markets advisor, which had been announced June 25, 2026.
