Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. (CSE: TERA, FRA: UB1, OTCQB: TEBAF) has agreed to acquire the remaining 10% equity interest in its Bosnian subsidiary, Drina Resources doo Srebrenica, giving the company full ownership of the Viogor polymetallic exploration project in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The company will issue 6,331,400 common shares to two arm's length minority shareholders of the subsidiary as consideration for the acquisition. The shares will be subject to a hold period of four months and one day from issuance. The transaction remains subject to approval by the Canadian Securities Exchange.

A mineral exploration permit for the Viogor project, covering lead, zinc, copper, and associated base and precious metals, was issued by the Republic of Srpska Ministry of Energy and Mines on May 20, 2026. The permit is valid for three years, with provisions for two two-year extensions, allowing up to seven years of exploration tenure.

Terra Balcanica also announced an extension to its non-brokered private placement, originally announced June 24, 2026, which seeks gross proceeds of up to C$750,000 through the issuance of up to 15,000,000 units at C$0.05 per unit. The closing date has been extended to on or before October 8, 2026.

Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant to purchase an additional common share at C$0.10, exercisable for 24 months from the closing date. The company states it intends to use the proceeds to fund a ground geophysical survey at the Cumavici target, begin a Phase IV drilling program at Cumavici, and for general working capital.
