TempraMed closes $1.18M private placement on CSE
TempraMed Technologies Ltd. (CSE: VIVI) has closed a non-brokered private placement, raising gross aggregate proceeds of $1,177,940 through the issuance of convertible debentures and units, according to a press release dated September 30, 2026.
The company issued $600,000 in principal amount of unsecured convertible debentures and 1,155,880 units. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant, with each warrant exercisable to purchase one additional common share at C$1.00 on or before March 30, 2028.
The convertible debentures carry an interest rate of 10% per annum, calculated monthly and payable quarterly in cash. They mature on September 30, 2027, and may be converted into common shares at $0.50 per share at the holder's discretion before maturity.
TempraMed stated that proceeds will be directed toward new inventory, product development, global sales and marketing expansion, and general working capital.
In connection with the offering, the company paid $40,456 in finder's fees and issued 80,912 common shares to arm's-length finders. All securities issued are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the closing date.
