Tartisan Nickel raises $1.3 million in flow-through private placement
Tartisan Nickel Corp. (CSE: TN) (OTCQB: TTSRF) (FSE: 8TA) closed a $1,325,000 flow-through private placement on December 22, according to a company statement. The Canadian mining exploration company issued 6,625,000 flow-through shares at $0.20 per share.
The flow-through shares are subject to a four-month and one-day escrow period from the closing date. The company will use the proceeds to advance exploration and development work at its Kenbridge Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Project in the Kenora Mining District of Northwestern Ontario, which Tartisan owns completely.
Eligible agents received a 6% cash commission and 6% broker warrants as part of the transaction. Each broker warrant can be exercised at $0.20 and expires twelve months from the date of issue.
The securities issued under the private placement require regulatory approval and are subject to applicable statutory holding periods.
Tartisan Nickel operates as a critical minerals exploration and development company based in Canada. The company owns the Kenbridge Nickel Project near Sioux Narrows, the Sill Lake Silver Property near Sault Ste. Marie, and the Night Danger Turtle Pond project near Dryden, all located in Ontario.
Following the placement, Tartisan has 147,299,041 shares outstanding, with 151,325,756 shares on a fully diluted basis. The company's shares trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange, OTCQB, and Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
