Tamboran Resources launches public offering of 2.3 million shares
Tamboran Resources Corporation (NYSE: TBN, ASX: TBN) commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,324,445 shares of common stock, according to a company statement. The natural gas exploration company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 348,666 shares.
RBC Capital Markets and Wells Fargo Securities are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. The company plans to use net proceeds to fund its development plan, working capital, and general corporate purposes.
Tamboran operates as an independent natural gas exploration and production company focused on developing natural gas resources in Australia's Beetaloo Basin in the Northern Territory. The company holds approximately 1.9 million net prospective acres through its subsidiaries and is the largest acreage holder in the Beetaloo Basin.
The shares are being offered through an effective shelf registration statement previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The offering documents are available through the SEC website and from the joint book-running managers.
