TELA Bio Inc. (TELA) Announces Proposed 3M Common Share Offering

TELA Bio, Inc. (NASDAQ: TELA) today announced the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering of 3,000,000 shares of its common stock. In addition, TELA expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 450,000 additional shares of common stock in the offering. All shares of common stock are being offered by TELA. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or the actual size or terms of the offering.

Jefferies LLC and Piper Sandler & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Canaccord Genuity LLC is acting as lead manager and JMP Securities LLC is acting as co-manager.
