Syngenta (NYSE: SYT) announced its intention to issue a benchmark sized bond offering in the U.S. market, pursuant to Syngenta's automatic shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on 16 November 2011. Pricing is expected later today, subject to market conditions.
