Syndax Pharmaceuticals (SNDX) Prices 6.82M Share Offering at $22

Syndax Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNDX) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,818,182 shares of its common stock. The public offering price of each share of common stock is $22.00. The aggregate gross proceeds from this offering are expected to be approximately $150.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Syndax. In addition, Syndax granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,022,727 shares of common stock. All of the shares of common stock are being sold by Syndax. The offering is expected to close on December 9, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan and Cowen are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. BTIG and B. Riley Securities are acting as co-lead managers for the offering.
