Streamex completes $35 million public offering on NASDAQ

Streamex Corp. (NASDAQ: STEX) announced the completion of its underwritten public offering, raising approximately $35 million in gross proceeds before deducting fees and expenses.
The offering consisted of 11,666,667 shares of common stock priced at $3.00 per share. The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,750,000 shares at the same public offering price, minus underwriting discounts and commissions.
Streamex stated it plans to use the net proceeds to repay prior debt in accordance with its financing strategy and for working capital and general corporate purposes. Needham & Company and Siebert served as joint book-running managers for the offering.
The offering was conducted under a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 that was declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 17, 2024. The securities were offered through a written prospectus that forms part of the effective registration statement.
Streamex describes itself as a technology and infrastructure company focused on tokenization of real-world assets and commodity-backed stablecoins. The Winter Park, Florida-based company provides institutional-grade solutions for bringing traditional commodities and assets on-chain through digital financial instruments.
