StrategX closes second tranche, raising $198,000 in private placement
StrategX Elements Corp. (CSE: STGX) has completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising gross proceeds of $198,000 through the issuance of 1,320,000 units priced at $0.15 per unit, according to a company statement.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at $0.25 per share for 36 months from the date of issuance. No finder's fees were paid in connection with the second tranche, and all securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period expiring January 18, 2027.
Combined with the first tranche closed July 16, 2026, StrategX has raised a total of $531,856.35 from the sale of 3,545,709 units. The company said it expects to complete a final tranche closing for the remaining balance of units on or before September 30, 2026.
The company stated that proceeds will support exploration activities at its Critical Minerals projects on the Melville Peninsula in Nunavut, Canada, where its Nagvaak Project targets nickel, copper, cobalt, vanadium, graphite, and silver.
