Spackman Equities closes $1M private placement at $0.10 per share

Spackman Equities Group Inc. (TSXV: SQG) has completed a non-brokered private placement of 10,000,000 common shares at $0.10 per share, raising gross proceeds of $1,000,000, according to a company statement.

The Toronto-based investment firm said the net proceeds will be used for the settlement of current debts and working capital. All shares issued under the offering are subject to a four-month hold period.

Following the issuance, Spackman Equities has 303,756,362 common shares issued and outstanding. All dollar amounts are expressed in Canadian dollars.
