Shineco, Inc (SISI) Announces Proposed Underwritten Public Offering
Shineco, Inc. (“Shineco” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SISI), a provider of innovative diagnostic medical products and related medical devices, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase its shares of common stock. All of the shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants and the shares of common stock underlying the pre-funded warrants are being offered by the Company. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
EF Hutton LLC is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
The common stock and pre-funded warrants are being offered by the Company pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-261229), which was previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and declared effective by the SEC on June 10, 2022, and the accompanying prospectus contained therein.
The offering may be made only by means of the written prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus that form a part of the registration statement. A preliminary prospectus supplement and the accompanying prospectus relating to and describing the terms of the public offering has been or will be filed with the SEC and form a part of the effective registration statement.
