Shelfie-Tech plans private placement to raise up to CAD$2.1M
Shelfie-Tech Ltd. (CSE: SHLF) (OTCQB: SHLFF) announced plans to close a non-brokered private placement on or around October 9, 2026, according to a press release from the Toronto-based company.
The offering consists of up to 1,179,775 common shares priced at CAD$1.78 per share, with gross proceeds of up to approximately CAD$2,100,000. The company said proceeds will be used to complete the acquisition of Aspect Information Systems Ltd. and for general working capital and corporate purposes.
Securities issued under the placement will be subject to a four-month and one day hold period. The company also said it will pay cash finders' fees and issue shares to eligible finders in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The securities have not been registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold within the United States without applicable registration or an exemption.
