Sg Blocks, Inc. (SGBX) Prices 444K Share Common Offering at $4.25/Sh

SG Blocks, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGBX) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 440,000 shares of common stock at an offering price of $4.25 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,870,000, prior to deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses. The offering is expected to close on or about April 3, 2020, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

SG Blocks intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering for working capital.

ThinkEquity, a division of Fordham Financial Management, Inc., is acting as representative of the underwriters in the offering.
