Sekur Private Data seeks to raise CA$1.5 million in private placement

Sekur Private Data Ltd. (OTCQB: SWISF) announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to CA$1.5 million through the issuance of up to 30 million units.



Each unit consists of one common share priced at CA$0.05 and one share purchase warrant. The warrants allow holders to purchase common shares at CA$0.10 per share for 48 months from the closing date.



The cybersecurity company stated it intends to use net proceeds for sales, business development and general working purposes. Shares issued through the financing will be subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws.



Sekur Private Data provides Swiss-hosted cybersecurity and privacy communications solutions. The company distributes encrypted email, secure messaging and communication tools to consumers and businesses worldwide through its website, approved distributors and telecommunications companies.



The company noted that finders' fees may be payable on the private placement, subject to Canadian Securities Exchange policies. Sekur trades on the CSE under the symbol SKUR and on the Frankfurt Exchange as GDT0.
