SPACCircle Acquisition Corp. closes $100M IPO on Nasdaq
SPACCircle Acquisition Corp. announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $100 million. The units began trading Oct. 27, 2026, on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol "SCQCU."
Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share, one redeemable warrant with an exercise price of $11.50 per share, and one right to receive one-half of one Class A ordinary share upon completion of an initial business combination. Once the securities begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares, warrants, and rights will trade on Nasdaq under the symbols "SCQC," "SCQCW," and "SCQCR," respectively.
Of the proceeds from the IPO and a simultaneous private placement, $100,500,000, or $10.05 per public unit, was placed in trust. The company was formed to pursue a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, or similar business combination with one or more businesses in any industry.
D. Boral acted as sole book-running manager for the offering. The company has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments. The SEC declared the registration statement effective Oct. 26, 2026.
