Rubico prices $4 million public offering at $0.60 per unit

Rubico Inc. (NASDAQ: RUBI) announced the pricing of its public offering of 6,666,666 units at $0.60 per unit, according to a company statement. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and 1.5 Class B Warrants to purchase additional shares.
The Class B Warrants are immediately exercisable at $0.60 per share and expire five years after issuance. Gross proceeds to the Athens, Greece-based shipping company are expected to reach approximately $4.0 million before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses.
The offering is expected to close on or about January 12, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Maxim Group LLC is serving as sole placement agent for the transaction.
The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement on Form F-1 effective on January 9, 2026. Rubico operates as a global provider of shipping transportation services and owns two Suezmax tankers with 157,000 deadweight tonnage capacity.
The company is incorporated under Marshall Islands law and maintains executive offices in Athens, Greece. Its common shares trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol RUBI.
