Robin Energy prices $3M stock offering at $4.00 per share
Robin Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: RBNE), a Cyprus-based ship-owning company, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 750,000 shares of common stock at $4.00 per share, with expected gross proceeds of approximately $3.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses.
The offering is expected to close on or about July 27, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Robin Energy has also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 54,380 additional shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Maxim Group LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
The company said it intends to use net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering is being made pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 24, 2025, and declared effective on April 28, 2025.
Robin Energy operates a fleet of two LPG carriers that transport petrochemical gases globally, according to the company's statement.
