Robin Energy closes $3M public offering of common stock
Robin Energy Ltd. (NASDAQ: RBNE), a ship-owning company based in Limassol, Cyprus, announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 750,000 shares of common stock at $4.00 per share, raising gross proceeds of approximately $3.0 million before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and other expenses.
The company has also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 54,380 additional shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Maxim Group LLC served as the sole book-running manager for the offering.
Robin Energy said it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering was made under a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 24, 2025, and declared effective on April 28, 2025.
Robin Energy operates a fleet of two LPG carriers that transport petrochemical gases worldwide.
