Revolve increases private placement to $3 million on strong demand

Revolve Renewable Power Corp. (TSXV: REVV) (OTCQB: REVVF) increased the size of its previously announced private placement to up to $3,039,973 due to strong investor demand, the company announced.



The renewable energy project developer will offer up to 15,999,857 units at $0.19 per unit through Beacon Securities Limited on a best efforts basis. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant that allows the purchase of an additional common share at $0.40 within 24 months of closing.



The offering is expected to close on or about November 6, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals including TSX Venture Exchange approval. Securities issued will be subject to a four-month-plus-one-day statutory hold period under Canadian securities laws.



The company plans to use net proceeds to advance late-stage projects in its portfolio and for working capital purposes.



Revolve operates 12 MW of renewable energy assets under long-term power purchase agreements across Canada and Mexico, including wind, solar, battery storage and hydro generation. The company has a development portfolio of over 3,000 MW of utility-scale projects across the US, Canada and Mexico, plus a 140 MW distributed generation portfolio under development.



The Vancouver-based company has developed and sold over 1,550 MW of projects to date and targets 5,000 MW of utility-scale projects under development across its operating regions.
