Regency Silver raises $4m in private placement for Mexico drilling

Regency Silver Corp. (TSXV:RSMX) (OTCQB: RSMXF) announced completion of a $4 million private placement after upsizing the offering for the fourth time due to investor demand. The Vancouver-based company sold 40 million units at $0.10 each, including full exercise of the over-allotment option.



Each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant. The full warrants allow holders to purchase additional shares at $0.20 for 24 months from closing. Centurion One Capital Corp. served as lead agent and sole bookrunner for the offering.



The company plans to use proceeds for drilling at its Dios Padre Project in Sonora, Mexico, and general working capital. The offering is expected to close around August 29, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals including TSX Venture Exchange approval.



Securities issued will have a four-month and one-day hold period from closing. The private placement covers Canada, the United States under Securities Act exemptions, and other jurisdictions agreed upon by the company and lead agent.



Regency Silver explores for gold, copper and silver in Mexico. The company previously announced increases to this offering on August 7, 18, 22 and 26.
