Red Violet closes $115M stock offering with underwriters' option exercised

Red Violet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDVT) announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 1,916,667 shares of common stock, including 250,000 shares sold through the full exercise of the underwriters' option.
The Boca Raton, Florida-based analytics and information solutions company estimates net proceeds of approximately $108.6 million after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses.
Red Violet stated it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, including potential strategic acquisitions.
Raymond James and Needham & Company served as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters. B. Riley Securities and Craig-Hallum acted as co-managers, while Lake Street Capital Markets served as financial advisor to Red Violet.
Akerman LLP provided legal counsel to Red Violet, and Cooley LLP served as legal counsel to the underwriters.
The offering was made pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on November 19, 2025, and declared effective on November 25, 2025.
