QSE raises private placement target to $5.5M from $3M

Quantum Secure Encryption Corp. (CSE: QSE) (OTCQB: QSEGF) (FSE: VN80) has upsized a non-brokered private placement financing to $5.5 million from $3 million, an increase of approximately 83%, according to a press release issued July 24, 2026.



The offering now consists of 12,222,222 units priced at $0.45 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant allowing the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.65 for two years from the date of issue.



All securities issued under the offering are subject to a hold period expiring four months and one day from the date of issuance. The company may pay finder's fees in connection with the offering.



The company stated it intends to use net proceeds to support commercialization and expansion of its platform and for general working capital requirements.



The units have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an applicable exemption.
