Postal Realty Trust (PSTL) Prices 4.25M Share Follow-on Offering at $17/sh

Postal Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PSTL), an internally managed real estate investment trust that owns and manages over 1,300 properties leased primarily to the United States Postal Service (the “USPS”), ranging from last mile post offices to larger industrial facilities, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 4,250,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. As part of the offering, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 637,500 shares of Class A common stock. The offering is expected to close on November 19, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of additional properties, payment of dividends, capital expenditures related to the properties in its portfolio, working capital and the repayment of indebtedness under its credit facilities.

J.P. Morgan, Stifel, BMO Capital Markets, Jefferies and Truist Securities are acting as bookrunning managers for the offering. Colliers Securities LLC, Height Capital Markets, Janney Montgomery Scott and Strategas are acting as co-managers for the offering.
