ParkerVision (PRKR) Prices 4.1M Shares at $3.25/Share

ParkerVision, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRKR) priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4,100,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $3.25 per share. In connection with the offering, the Company has also granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 615,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a subsidiary of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc. (NYSE: LTS), acted as the sole bookrunning manager for the offering.
