Park Aerospace files for $150 million shelf registration

January 13, 2026 4:17 PM EST

Park Aerospace Corp. (NYSE: PKE) filed a shelf registration statement that would allow the company to offer and sell up to $150 million in securities over time.

The filing permits the aerospace materials manufacturer to issue shares of common stock or warrants in one or more offerings. The company stated it may sell any combination of these securities, with terms to be determined at the time of each offering.

Park Aerospace said it will provide specific terms for each securities offering, including price and the type and amount of securities, in supplements to the prospectus. The company advised potential investors to review both the prospectus and any supplements before investing.

The shelf registration provides the company flexibility to access capital markets when conditions are favorable, though it does not obligate Park Aerospace to issue any securities.
