Palamina seeks extension for private placement offering
Palamina Corp. (TSXV: PA) (OTCQB: PLMNF) has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for a 30-day extension to complete its non-brokered private placement offering, according to a company statement.
The Toronto-based exploration company closed the first tranche of its private placement and now seeks price protection until December 12, 2025, to complete subscriptions for up to an additional $865,625. The company originally announced the offering on November 7, 2025.
The subsequent closing remains subject to receipt of subscriptions and regulatory approvals, including TSX Venture Exchange approval. The securities have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or applicable exemption.
Palamina operates copper-silver assets in southeastern and northeastern Peru and maintains gold projects in the Puno Orogenic Gold Belt. The company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol PA and on the OTCQB under the symbol PLMNF.
