Osmotica Pharmaceuticals plc (OSMT) Prices 6M Share Offering at $5/Sh

Osmotica Pharmaceuticals plc (NASDAQ: OSMT), a fully integrated biopharmaceutical company, announced today the pricing of its public offering of 6,000,000 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $5.00 per share. All of the shares will be offered by Osmotica. In addition, Osmotica has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on January 13, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Jefferies LLC, SVB Leerink LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
