Ocean Rig (ORIG) Files $100M Common Shelf for DryShips (DRYS)

Ocean Rig UDW Inc. (Nasdaq: ORIG), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $100 million of its Common Stock on behalf of a Selling Shareholder, DryShips (Nasdaq: DRYS).

Ocean Rig will not receive proceeds from the sale.
