NorthStrive Acquisition Corp I., a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands, announced the pricing of its $100 million initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit.

Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share, one redeemable warrant, and one right to receive one-fourth of one Class A ordinary share upon completion of an initial business combination. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.

The units are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol "NSAIU" on Aug. 18, 2026. Upon separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares, warrants, and rights are expected to trade under the symbols "NSAI," "NSAIW," and "NSAIR," respectively.

The offering is expected to close on Aug. 19, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.

D. Boral Capital LLC is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission declared the registration statement effective on Aug. 17, 2026.

The company states it intends to focus its search for an acquisition target on companies in the manufacturing sector, including aerospace and defense, industrial technology, and critical supply chains. No target has been selected.
