Netflix raises $1 billion in senior notes due 2036

Netflix, Inc. (NASDAQ: NFLX) completed a registered public offering of $1 billion in 5.250% senior unsecured notes due 2036, according to a company statement dated July 22, 2026.
The notes were issued under an indenture dated July 29, 2024, between Netflix and Computershare Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, supplemented by a second supplemental indenture dated July 22, 2026.
BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC served as representatives of the underwriters in the transaction.
Netflix said it intends to use the net proceeds to repay its outstanding 4.375% Senior Notes due 2026 at maturity, with the remainder allocated to general corporate purposes.
