Natera (NTRA) Prices 11.43M Share Follow-on Offering at $35/sh

Natera, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTRA) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 11,430,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $35.00 per share. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on November 18, 2022, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, Natera has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,714,500 shares of its common stock at the public offering price less the underwriting discounts and commissions.

Morgan Stanley, Cowen and SVB Securities are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Baird is acting as lead manager for the offering. BTIG, Canaccord Genuity, Craig-Hallum and Stephens Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
