Nabriva (NBRV) to Offer Common Shares

Nabriva Therapeutics plc (NASDAQ: NBRV) announced that it has commenced a public offering of its ordinary shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof). All of the ordinary shares (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) in the offering will be sold by Nabriva Therapeutics. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
