NV Gold closes final tranche of private placement, raising $1.4M

NV Gold Corporation (TSXV: NVX) (OTCQB: NVGLF) has completed the final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, issuing 1,740,948 units at $0.40 per unit for gross proceeds of $696,379.20, according to a company statement.
Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at $0.80 per share and expires two years from the date of issuance.
The company completed a first tranche on August 31, 2026, issuing 1,759,052 units for gross proceeds of $703,620.80. Combined proceeds from both tranches total $1,400,000.
No finder's fees were paid in connection with the offering. All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day after closing.
The company said aggregate proceeds are expected to be used for an anticipated drill program and general working capital.
